This holiday get baked and blitzed!!

During the month of November I had the pleasure of experiencing Canada’s first authentic water spa for women Body Blitz – Health by water located in downtown Toronto. As a working mother it was exactly what I needed!  The spa layout of this private 11,000-foot warehouse instantly grabbed my attention and senses. Employee professionalism and eagerness to please customers was welcoming and refreshing.

Body Blitz– Health by water offers a unique and tranquil experience. The 38 ft. sea salt pool, cold plunging pool, aromatherapy steam, infrared sauna, and hot green tea pool relax and invigorate your senses and take your mind to a different place.

After enjoying the waters I indulged in the body wash and scrub sampler. My choice of product was the Eucalyptus mineral scrub and I just could not get enough of its fresh and zingy sent. Not only was the treatment absolutely delicious so were the products. The Body Blitz products are light and left my skin feeling like silk instead of the slime.

Another great thing about Body Blitz is that the products are free of dyes, animal by-products, contain no artificial fragrance, and are not tested on animals.
